Alumni Internship Program

In the past few years, hundreds of internship learning opportunities have been offered by alumni and friends of Luther to help Luther students connect their classroom learning to the world of work. Internships are also a vital component in helping students secure their first job or gain entry into graduate schools.

Offering an internship to a Luther student is an excellent way to contribute to the college’s goal of expanding experiential learning opportunities! You will gain a valuable asset to your company/organization for a J-term, semester, or summer and help a Luther student gain experience that prepares them for life after graduation.

If your company/organization is able to offer an internship in 2023, please complete this short form. We are looking for internships in all industries and settings, and would love to hear from you regarding your specific opportunities!

You can learn more about internship expectations as well as some helpful tips and tricks (especially useful for first-time hosts) by reading the files attached to this page.
