Fall 2009

Hello Luther Classmates –

I love autumn in the Midwest: the smell of new pencils and notebooks as the kids fall into a new school routine, football games, fall colors, apple crisp, sweatshirts, bonfires, and cool, crisp air, and of course Homecoming! I was unable to attend Luther Homecoming this fall and while it’s an event I don’t always get to, I love the feeling of connectedness it gives me to Luther and the Decorah community. Staying connected is important to me.
