Dear Classmate,

Happy Thanksgiving (belatedly) and Merry Christmas to you and your family.  Just to let you know, it has been a busy summer and fall, and I am behind on getting my letter out to you once again. Once a procrastinator always a procrastinator, I guess.

Luther is doing great and our family has been down to Decorah twice this fall for football games and Mabe’s pizza. Our goddaughter from Lake Mills, Iowa,
