Facilities Services is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the campus and college owned properties, including rental properties. Services include custodial, heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, moving and setups,  grounds, and keys for all academic and residential buildings.  Facilities Services also manages the college fleet vehicles and issues cell phones appropriated for college use.

Work order requests can be made by making a Fixit Request.

Faculty, staff, and students requiring use of a college vehicle must read the Vehicle Use Handbook, successfully submit the Driver Application and Agreement (included in the Vehicle Use Handbook), and take a Defensive Driving Test at the Facilities Services office.

Faculty and staff may reserve a fleet vehicle via the online registration form.
