The Sperati Guest House has rooms available to rent overnight for accommodations of speakers, adjunct faculty, job candidates, performing artists, etc. This is to provide a convenient place to stay on campus at a reasonable rate.

Sperati Guest House - The college-owned residence at 501 High Street. It offers bed and breakfast style accommodations for visiting individuals that come for short-term (less than one month) college business.

Guidelines for renting Sperati

  • Contact should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Be prepared to give your Datatel account number for a department charge.
  • Cancel reservations immediately when the room is not needed. There is often a waiting list for accommodations. There will be a $20.00 charge assessed to the person or department for failure to notify the manager of a cancellation. 
  • All rooms must be vacated by noon unless special arrangements have been previously made with the Guest House Manager.
  • The guest house is not available for faculty or staff wishing to house relatives or friends. Nor is it available for students wishing to house relatives or friends on routine visits to campus.
  • No children under four years of age are permitted.
  • There is no smoking allowed in the guest rooms.
  • No pets are allowed in the guest rooms, other than those medically necessary.

The first floor parlor and dining room are available for meetings, receptions, and gatherings until 10:00 p.m. by contacting the Guest House Manager.

1 person - $40/night
2 person - $45/night
1 person - $210/week
2 person - $245/week

Individual Room Charges:
1 person - $50/night
2 person - $55/night
1 person - $280/week
2 person - $315/week
