Fine Arts Festival
This is a concentration of prints, paintings, and drawings from Luther College's Fine Arts Festivals. These festivals ran from 1957-1963 with the intention of promoting fine arts in the Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and Iowa region.
Frans Wildenhain Works
The Luther College Fine Arts Collection contains many pieces by the artist Frans Wildenhain (1905-1980). Our collection contains drawings, paintings, pottery and sculpture made by Frans.
Gerhard Marcks Works
Our collection contains a large collection of work produced by the German artist Gerhard Marcks (1889-1981), who was an influential Bauhaus School artist and teacher.

Marguerite Wildenhain Works
Our collection contains many pieces of pottery and drawings by Marguerite Wildenhain (1896-1985). Marguerite is the founder of the Pond Farm school and the first wife of Frans Wildenhain.
Norwegian-American Art
The Luther College Fine Arts Collection has a concentration of paintings, prints, and drawings by Norwegian-American artists.

Pond Farm Works
This is a concentration of pottery and paintings produced by students of Marguerite Wildenhain. This particular collection focuses on her Pond Farm summer workshop participants between 1947 and 1980; the Pond Farm workshop was held at her home in Guerneville, California.
Pre-Columbian Pottery
The pre-Columbian pottery in our collection comes from two main sources. They were donated by the family of Helen Elaine Talle; and were by the estate of Marguerite Wildenhain.
