Most forgiveness books and programs offer various steps, suggesting that if you follow them you will succeed in finding forgiveness. We assert that forgiveness is easy for some, a little more difficult for many, and much more complex and elusive for others. FoRGo is unique in a number of ways, but most importantly it is the wisdom we have gained from both scholarly scientific research in combination with walking alongside people struggling with profound emotional pain.
