The Erik Paul Nils Johnson Scholarship, established by Karen (Gulsvig) '61 and David Johnson in memory of Erik Paul Nils Johnson '94, a seeker and questioner devoted to studying the challenges to faith that arise when God's truth is placed in dialogue with the human quest for truth. The scholarship shall be awarded to a qualified full-time student who is recognized by the religion and philosophy department as a seeker, able and fearless enough to address difficult questions and ideas regarding our human relationship with God, good and evil, ethics and faith.
The Walter E. Wilson '50 Scholarship, established by Virginia Nelson, shall be awarded to qualified students with demonstrated need for financial assistance majoring in religion or philosophy, with preference for pre-seminary students if any are identified.
