The Exercise Science minor requires 5 courses to be taken that do not otherwise meet the requirements of a major. If HES 261 and HES 264 have not been taken as part of a major requirement, they must be taken as 2 of the 5 courses, with the student selecting any other 3 elective courses from the list.
If HES 261 and HES 264 have been taken as part of a major requirement, the student will select any 5 of the remaining elective courses on the list.
The tracking of these exceptions will be included in advising sheets as well as in the students program evaluations.
