After 16 days, we finally arrived back home last night.

Our last few days at Belize consisted of us snorkeling in a protected area, shark alley, Mexico rock, and near an old shipwreck. Also, we got to explore Ambergris Caye with a golf cart for two days and found the Secret Beach. We each wrote our final essays upon one of the large environmental issues that Belize faces and give the Belizean Tour Board a communication solution. On our last full day, we presented upon what we wrote about, and then had the rest of the day free to say goodbye to Belize.

The trip was such an amazing experience to not only get to learn about environmental communication, but apply it to the current situation in Belize. I hope to someday return to Belize, but for now, adios Belize.
