Record Albums

  • Record albums are a 2-hour, in-library-use-only checkout to students and a 2-week checkout to faculty/staff.
  • Record albums are shelved in the basement behind the elevator shaft. Most have integer call numbers, such as 25, 330, 1624, or 6108-6110. Some, however, have regular Library of Congress call numbers, such as M2010 .B78 no.2 1978. They should all have shelving location "Closed Stacks - LP."
  • The Multimedia Digital Center has a turntable with headphones available, so direct patrons to the Multimedia Lab downstairs for listening purposes.
