Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Now in Effect at the Circ Desk

When logging into the circulation system, we now need to select [email protected]

as the Luther College account, enter the password, and then answer the phone and push the pound/number sign button #.

If you log out of the circ system, or close the browser window at some point during the day, you will need to follow the same steps again to log back in.

You can NOT log in to your personal MFA account in the same browser when library_sw is logged in. To log in to your personal MFA account, for example, to access NorseHub, either use the Firefox browser or open an incognito window in Chrome. Simply opening another regular window in Chrome will not suffice.
