Baker Village

Baker Village is designed to give groups of students the opportunity to live together as a peer group in townhouse-style housing.

Farwell Hall

Farwell Hall consists of “clusters” of student rooms, lounges, and bathrooms, all located on a scenic bluff overlooking the Upper Iowa River Valley.

Larsen Hall

Opened in 1907 and named for the first president of Luther College, Laur Larsen, Larsen Hall is the oldest residence hall on campus.

Miller and Dieseth Halls (Towers)

Miller and Dieseth are eight-story residence halls situated on a bluff overlooking the Oneota Valley and Upper Iowa River.

College Apartments

College Apartments provide a more independent living environment for upper-class students while retaining campus connections.

Prairie Houses

Prairie Houses provide groups of seven students with the opportunity to live together as a peer group on the edge of campus.

Sustainability House

The Sustainability House is a two-story home located in a residential neighborhood within a few minutes’ walking distance from campus.

Off-Campus Living

Luther College is a residential college; students should plan to live on campus for the entire time they are enrolled as a student.

Roth

Roth offers a unique living opportunity for Luther students who are involved in the nursing program, Rochester Semester Program, and student teachers and social work intern students based on availability.
