About Ultimate
Ultimate Frisbee is a sport that combines speed, grace, and endurance, but the spirit of sportsmanship under competitive pressure is what sets the game apart. Ultimate’s spirit of the game is an honor code of fair play and sportsmanship. Without referees, players are responsible for resolving their own disputes. This creates a spirit of honesty and respect on the playing field.
About Ultimate Camp
Our nationally recognized men’s, women’s, and mixed ultimate teams will help players of all levels as they develop and improve skills and learn more about Luther and its ultimate programs. You’ll leave camp with tired legs, plenty of bids under your belt, and greater knowledge of ultimate. Until then, happy bidding! (Not sure what “bidding” is? Come to camp to find out!)

Camp Schedule
Camp check-in will take place in Dahl Centennial Union beginning at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 12. The camp will conclude at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 14.
Friday, July 12
- Check-in: 2 pm to 3 pm
- Practice: 3 pm to 5 pm
- Dinner: 5 pm to 6 pm
- Walk to the Whippy Dip (local ice cream shop): 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- Glow Frisbee: 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
- Lights Out: 10 pm
Saturday, July 13
- Breakfast: 7 am to 7:30 am
- Meet & Greet with Coach: 8 am to 8:30 am
- Practice: 9 am to 11:30 am
- Lunch: 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
- Campus Tour: 12:45 pm to 1:30 pm
- Disc golf: 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm
- Practice: 3 pm to 5:30 pm
- Pizza Dinner: 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
- Block Party (volleyball, spike ball, can jam, music): 6:30 pm to 10 pm
- Lights out: 10 pm
Sunday, July 14
- Breakfast: 7 am to 7:30 am
- Room Check-out: 7:30 am to 8:30 am
- Tournament: 9 am to 12 pm
- Lunch: 12 pm to 1 pm
- Twin Springs cool-down and Q & A: 1 pm to 3 pm
- Camp adjourns: 3 pm
Housing and Meals
Campers live in a comfortable, air-conditioned residence hall on the Luther campus, and eat in the Dahl Centennial Union dining hall.

Camp Staff
College athletes serve as camp counselors, provide full supervision, and help direct all camp activities. An athletic trainer will be present at all camp practices to ensure safety and to provide care if needed.
