Alcohol Related Event Registration and Vendor Agreement
Forms needed to be filled out and submitted for any recognized organization planning an event where alcohol will be present.
Bathroom Stall Advertising Request
This form must be filled out 2 weeks prior to the week your organization wishes to reserve advertising space in bathroom stalls (Luther login required).
Easel Reservation
Online form to request using an easel to market in the Dahl Centennial Union.
Fundraising Request
This form must be filled out two weeks in advance of any on-campus fundraising events.
