“As your coach, I will strive to cultivate an atmosphere of encouragement and vulnerability where you are free to express your truest self. As we dive in, I hope together we can connect the dots to see how different aspects of life inform your personality, sources of stress, and decision-making. Moreover, I will help you brainstorm new and creative ways to tackle these realizations, making sure to customize the playbook based on your individual talents and needs. Through the process of collaborative problem-solving, I hope to maximize your school-play-love-work-life balance and reclaim space for the things in life that bring you joy.”
