2020-2021 Addendum: The amnesty policy as cited in the Interim Sexual Harassment Policy (Title IX) and Sexual Misconduct Policy may be applied in certain situations involving violations of the College's health and safety requirements related to COVID-19 Amended Policies and Procedures. Due to the added fear of disciplinary repercussions, for not adhering to our COVID-related standards, the Title IX office wishes to promote an environment where students are not afraid to seek help for sexual misconduct. With these priorities in mind, COVID-19 amnesty will be provided to the parties involved.

However, nothing in the amnesty above absolves a student from the responsibility to notify Luther College of a positive test for COVID-19 so that appropriate contact tracing can be conducted.
