The Bystander Effect is a social psychological phenomenon in which the more bystanders there are present in a crisis situation, the less likely any one is to intervene. We observe that individuals who hold honorable core values fail to act on those values.

If we can face the uncertainty, implore one person to help, and form small groups committed to doing good things, then we will be able to act when necessary and inspire culture change in our community.
