Message from LIS: Decorah Broadband/High speed internet survey
The City of Decorah has hired a market research company to gauge public demand for a potential new broadband internet network. The city hopes to gather information on whether enough customers would sign up for a super-fast broadbad/internet service in Decorah to make it self-sustaining. The phone survey, targeting 400 households in Decorah, will be conducted by American Directions Research Group beginning May 25. The survey should take only 10-12 minutes, and those selected to participate in the survey can expect a call from the 515, or Des Moines area code. The city asks those selected to participate and help identify the desire/interest in this project. Call city hall, 382-3651, with questions.
