Being Community updates
Expanded Asymptomatic COVID-19 Testing Program
Luther announces the launch of its expanded asymptomatic surveillance testing (EAST) program, designed to augment our protection protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. Current students, faculty, and staff are eligible for the EAST program, with some restrictions. Testing will begin on Wednesday, Feb. 10; appointments are required and may be scheduled using the online scheduling system. More information can be found on the Being Community website, including FAQs.
The Being Community website is the hub of information and inspiration for Luther's approach to the 2020-21 academic year. We invite community questions and feedback.
HR update
1095-C forms are available
Human Resources has generated 2020 1095-C Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage forms. Employees who elected to receive those online can log in to NorseHub to view and print their forms. For employees who have not opted in to online distribution, we will be printing and distributing forms via campus mail this week. If you do not receive a form or have questions, please contact Matthew Bills <bills>, 387-1189.
Google Calendar update from Campus Programming
To students, faculty, and staff: when creating events on your Google Calendar associated with your personal @luther.edu Gmail account, please do not select a "Room" option from the list of rooms located on the right-hand side of the "More Options" window (the tab located next to "Guests"). These reservations populate to the larger campus calendar system and can be seen campus-wide. If you have questions, please contact Megan Pitz <bohrme01>.
Distinguished Lectures list
You will now find a chronological list of the lecturers who have spoken in the CFL since 1977; a useful reference when inviting a speaker to Luther. Please contact Kristen Underwood <undekr01> if you're aware of missing names, or have suggestions for improvements. Find the list on the Campus Programming page, under Distinguished Lectures.

The author will present the convocation address and a Q&A session Sept. 1-2. Stay tuned for more information, and for copies to be available at the Book Shop.
