Luther has one men's ultimate frisbee team: LUFDA, a nationally-competitive A-team that competes Division-III. They make up a close-knit group of athletes who practice and compete at the highest level in the sport they love. Learn More

Named after the Norse goddess of love, beauty, and war, our women's ultimate team is called FREYA. These women attend tournaments across the country in preparation for the USA Ultimate College Series which takes place in the spring. FREYA welcomes new players at any skill level. Learn More

Mixed Team

Luther has one mixed ultimate frisbee team: POUND, a team dedicated to creating a fun atmosphere and developing frisbee skills. We are excited about the addition of a mixed team here at Luther College.
