Dear Class of ’41 Classmate:

Almost 69 years have rolled off the calendar since we left that special place in the Midwest. As spring approaches, I am always reminded of what they were like back at Luther.  The changes to the campus would be too many and varied to even try and catalogue.  We in Seattle were blessed this year with a visit by the Nordic Choir. They did a magnificent job. It was strange, too, to see the Hawkeye bus parked by St. Mark's Cathedral. As an old Iowa farm boy, it was like a breath of fresh air.
