CROATIA
Since we got back from Nigeria in 1998, we’ve been to almost every Homecoming.  But this year the first three weekends of October found us in Croatia, a beautiful country on the clear blue Adriatic.  Croatia retains buildings and relics of Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Ottomans, Venetians, and Austro-Hungarians, besides those of the Croatians themselves.
