Greetings Classmates!

It was great to see a wonderful turnout for the 30-year reunion of the Class of 1979.  Silvercrest Golf and Country Club may never be the same.  The turnout that we had speaks volumes for your support of Luther College and, I hope, of your own Luther experience.  Even though I did not spend as much time on campus as I would have liked,  I can assure you a campus tour today would be considerably more impressive than it was in the 1970s.  For those of you who were able to be on campus and had the opportunity to look around, I am sure you were impressed with the Franklin W. Olin Building, Sampson Hoffland Laboratories, Dahl Centennial
