Lisa C. Humble Lea, 43, of La Crosse and formerly of Rushford died Friday, Dec. 18, 2015.

Lisa Christine Humble was born Oct. 26, 1972, in Portsmouth, Va., to Leroy and Janet (Arns) Humble. Lisa graduated from Rushford-Peterson High School in 1991. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in 1995, from Luther College and her Master’s Degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998. Lisa married Todd Lea in 2001, and they were later divorced. She was a member of Rushford Lutheran Church.

Lisa is survived by her parents, Leroy and Janet Humble, Rushford; her two children, Peyton and Soren Lea, Denver, Colo.; three brothers, James (Vicky) Humble, Rochester, Minn., Mark Humble, St. Paul, Eric (Kandyce) Humble, Bloomington, Minn.; two sisters, Julie (Ryan) Gatzlaff, Houston, Minn., and Andrea (Tim) Swagger, Winona, Minn.; ten nieces and nephews, Diana, Ethan, Joshua, Gabe, Andy, Rylee, Sam, Aviya, Isaias, and Charlie.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

A memorial service was held Dec. 23, at Hoff Funeral Home in Rushford, led by the Rev. Roger Michaelson. A private family interment was held at a later date.
