David James Thorson, 51, of Evanston, Ill., passed away last Thursday at Skokie Hospital due to complications following a seizure. He is survived by his wife Laura (nee Biggs), his two sons Ryan Thorson '16 and Kurt Thorson, his parents Ron and Doris Thorson of Rockford, and his brother and sister-in-law James and Jean Rose Thorson of Chicago. Born January 12, 1965, Dave was a 1983 graduate of Jefferson High School in Rockford and a 1987 graduate of Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. A memorial service was held April 30, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 3637 Golf Road, Evanston, IL. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran.
