Joyce Elaine (Hopkins) Hart was born on May 17, 1930, and passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016. Joyce was a resident of Decorah, Iowa, at the time of her passing. She was formerly from Elma, Iowa. She attended school in Elma and graduated from Elma High School. Joyce Elaine attended Luther College in Decorah and received her bachelor of arts degree in 1974. She received her master of arts degree from the University of Minnesota in 1984.
