Dennis Vernon Christian of Minneapolis died at home of complications from metastatic non-smokers lung cancer Nov. 3, 2018. He is survived by his husband of 43 years, The Rev. Theo Park; too many siblings to mention but all dear to him; and a world-wide web of caring friends and adoring fans. In a lifetime of multiple careers, Dennis touched many lives and hearts as a devoted and caring teacher, businessman, psychologist, and above all, churchman. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A service of remembrance in celebration of his life was held Nov. 24, 2018, at Saint Mark’s Episcopal Cathedral, Minneapolis. Memorials may be directed to: The Superior Hiking Trail Association; One Voice Mixed Chorus; and Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods/Pond Farm.
