Rachel E. (Noer) Spencer, 96, died peacefully April 26, 2022, at the Pigeon Falls Health Care Center in Pigeon Falls, Wis. She was preceded in death by her parents Victor and Selma Noer, brother Juul, sisters Louise Pauline and Ruth, son Paul and husband John L. Spencer ’50. A memorial service for John and Rachel was held at Colfax Lutheran Church in Colfax, Wis., June 4, 2022. Rachel is survived by daughter Anne (Spencer) Kritikos ‘76, son Mark, sister Mary (Noer) Wrase ’57, three grandsons, two granddaughters, two step-grandsons, two great granddaughters, one step-great grandson.
