Twenty pieces of pottery and four drawings by Marguerite Wildenhain and one drawing by Gerhard Marcks have been borrowed by the University of Northern Iowa Gallery of Art for an exhibit entitled, "Marguerite Wildenhain," September 24 - October 22, 2007.  The exhibit will be installed to run concurrently with a show of art work by Dean Schwarz who now works with his son, Gunnar.  The exhibit, "Dean and Gunnar Schwarz: Pottery Form and Inherent Expression," also will serve as a launch marking the release of a book edited by Dean and Geraldine Schwarz entitled, "Marguerite Wildenhain and the Bauhaus."  Several Luther faculty contributed essays for the book including Dave Kamm and Jane Kemp.
