Charles C. ’51, and Joan E. (KEDROW) Headington ‘54, both of La Crosse, Wis., passed away Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012, and Sunday, May 26, 2013, respectively.

Charles was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps having served from 1946 until being honorably discharged in 1948. Charles and Joan were united in marriage on Sept. 18, 1954, and together they had four children, Debra, William, Lori, and DAVID HEADINGTON ‘84.

Survivors include four children, Debra (Keith) Wiltse, William Headington, Lori (David) Daley, and David (Kari) Headington; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Memorial services were held for both Charles and Joan at Jandt-Fredrickson Funeral Home, (Woodruff Chapel), 4239 Mormon Coulee Road, La Crosse. Pastor Paul J. Mundinger officiated. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery, La Crosse, with military honors being rendered for Charles by the Roy L.
