Since 2007, Baldwin has served as artistic and musical director of the Lake Chelan Bach Fest.

Founded in 1982, Bach Fest is a ten-day music festival presented annually (mid-July) in the north central Washington community of Chelan. The festival does feature the music of J. S. Bach—the greatest of all composers—but not exclusively Bach’s music. The mission of the Lake Chelan Bach Fest is to inspire, enrich and educate audiences, participants and the communities of the region through experiencing a variety of live artistic performances.

The Lake Chelan Bach Fest attracts musicians from all over the United States and Canada. Talented musicians and volunteers of all ages are welcome to contribute their time and energy for an exciting, exhilarating week of outstanding music.
