Spring 2014

Dear Friends,

As I write this letter, the spring semester at Luther is underway, and students are fresh from their J-Term experiences. I read a few blogs on the J-Term website: https://www.luther.edu/jtermblog2014/.

Daring to go back a few years and imagine myself as a Luther student trying to decide on an Interim class (assuming I had the money to do so), I picked out three possibilities:

• English Theater: Mirror of Society and the Human Condition
• Crowds, Culture, and Cuisine: The Ancient and Modern City
