Dear Classmates,

Winter finally came to the Midwest, and the deer have turned their attention to our new pine trees.  We now live in the land of protective fences around young trees. 

The GOP has left our state buzzing with memories of the caucus season.  Now we can turn our attention to local politics in our usual polite, Iowa way.
