We flew out of MSP with snow coming down! But, each of our flights went very well and we made it to Quito around 9:00PM on December 27. It was a long day of traveling, but our group stayed in good spirits!  It's been fun to get to know all of the students on our trip!

We picked up our luggage and then met our guide from CEDEI, Jessica, who warmly welcomed us to Ecuador. After a bus ride to the city of Otavalo, we made it to our hotel. We will have a couple days of CEDEI Orientation and sight-seeing while making our way to Cuenca!
