We rose bright and early on Friday morning and said goodbye to the Santa Rita Experimental Range. After visiting the mine, we spent the next few days in the field, working on our research projects. We were sad to leave such a beautiful (and warm!) place, but we are happy to be back on campus. The drive was long, but luckily weather was not a problem. The next couple of days will be spent finishing our projects, and anyone who would like to learn about what each group did should check out the J-term poster session on Wednesday the 27^th from 10:30am to noon.
