• Operational reporting – the shared doc with brainstormed operational reporting metrics was reviewed. Discussion ensued on the process for selecting metrics that are meaningful, and truly tell the library’s story.
• History Day Fall 2012 outreach – Andi reported on talks with Jackie Wilkie to set up library-related events for middle school students in the area who are working on History Day projects.
• Chronicle of Higher Ed renewal – We will continue to subscribe to the program that offers unlimited access to the web version of the Chronicle on- and off-campus. We chose not to add the “domain-access” upgrade to our package, given that our proxy server allows for suitable mobile access from the browser.
• Ebook setup at student check-in – the idea of formulating a plan to help students set up their devices to easily access ebook content, during Fall check-in, was shared. Ryan will further investigate.

  • The Ariel ILL service will be retired on Friday, June 22.
  • Andi will be presenting at the MLA annual meeting in Feb.
