- Meeting secretary assignments – attendees agreed to resume rotating the duty of taking minutes and posting to the blog for this meeting.
- Review of Library Metrics – Ryan and Andi presented on the process-based metrics that will be shared with LIS Council from the library. Discussion ensued on having more in-depth conversation on “telling the library story” and developing metrics from the messages we wish to share. Ryan will compile some information related to previous definitions of library mission and vision, and will distribute them to meeting attendees. A meeting will be scheduled to focus on this issue, specifically.
- Presentation for 1st gen/multicultural students – The Diversity Council has requested that the library host a session on Aug 22 for first generation and multicultural students, focused on tips for library success. Andi and Paul will follow up after an upcoming meeting with Sheila Radford-Hill.
- ILL loan policies – A small group was commissioned to review ILL policies, especially those related to article purchases.
