- History Day – Prof. Wilkie provided a history of Luther’s involvement with History Day and the group discussed possible next steps. Jackie, Rachel and Andi will meet to discuss options.
- Library metrics: Process metrics – next steps include deciding who can contribute what. Project metrics – identifying current projects for routine updates (Ex. ILL policies team, Social media, Digital Repository, Fine Arts and Anthro DB)
- JSTOR Arts & Sciences XI – Agreed to sign on to this new JSTOR collection
- Chicago Manual of Style online – Agreed to subscribe for a year.
- Discussed how and when to update staff about library liaison roles and responsibilities. Perhaps at the monthly library staff meeting or maybe at an LIS general meeting.
- Paul, Ryan & John reported on their recent meeting with a representative from Ambrose Media.
