The device is stored in a small brown box marked “HDMI to VGA” on the Circulation Supervisor’s desk. It is a 3-day checkout to faculty/staff and students. Make sure the patron is aware that they must provide their own cable to connect their device (typically a laptop with only a HDMI port) to the converter. Also make sure they understand that copyrighted materials (such as commercial DVDs) most likely will not play through the converter due to device restrictions.
