Community Patrons (New Patron without ID)

Community patrons must fill out an application form and be approved prior to entry into the circulation system. Application forms are in a manila folder in the drawer to the left of the book return (the bike key drawer). Place completed forms on the Circulation Supervisor’s desk. The application will be reviewed and an account opened as soon as possible if approved.
Patrons must obtain a valid Luther College community ID from Dining Services in the Union to utilize their account. Patrons must be seniors in high school and reside within the Decorah telephone book area (plus Canton, MN) to receive a Community Card. All towns within the catchment area are listed on the back of the application
Patrons may NOT check out any materials prior to approval without a supervisor's or librarian's permission.
