Call for Posters

Posters showcasing transformative nursing care will be on display during the conference in a poster presentation area adjacent to the conference location in the Sojourner Auditorium on Virtual Ability Island in Second Life. 

Posters on any aspect of nursing care that is deemed "transformative" will be accepted. Posters may describe innovative or inspirational nursing practices, may be research based or may detail literature reviews regarding specific nursing practices.  Posters cover a topic in general terms or in detail.  The poster can include information on technological innovations such as simulation or Second Life, or may include transformative nursing practices from the past. 

A limited number of poster presentation spots are available and will be offered on a "first come, first served basis".  Posters are due no later than February 1 at 1700.

To Submit a Poster

• Develop your poster as one PowerPoint slide
• Designate one contact person per poster
• Email your poster to Professor Jayme Nelson [email protected] by February 1 at 1700 (CST)
