Under President Richard Torgerson (1999-2013), Luther College completed two strategic plans, covering the years 2002-2006 and 2008-2012. Shortly after her arrival in 2014, President Paula Carlson led the campus community in identifying a set of college priorities for the period 2016-2018, as a bridge to the comprehensive process that will produce the next strategic plan.
