TIAA-CREF on campus

TIAA-CREF will be on campus Wednesday July 13, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Thursday, July 14, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Friday, July 15, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., for individual counseling sessions. To schedule a counseling session, call (866) 842-2977.

Massages available at Health Service

Massages are available during the summer every other Wednesday for staff/faculty and spouses, as well as for students. Cost for staff/faculty/spouses is $35 for 30 minutes and $45 for one hour. Call Health Service, 387-1045 to schedule an appointment.

Campus Conduct Hotline©

Flexible Benefit Plan available online

Current enrollees in the Flexible Benefit Plan may visit https://www.myflexonline.com/Login/Welcome.aspx to view current contributions and claims. This site gives a total picture of an employee's health care reimbursement and/or dependent/child care reimbursement plan. Links to claim forms and information on eligible expenses are also available.

JoEllen Anderson and Stu Johnson were awarded a 2011 Gallagher Koster Innovative Practices in College Health grant in the amount of $2,500. The grant is for a joint video project between Health Service and Counseling Service. Annually, the American College Health Foundation awards a total of four grants for projects submitted by colleges/universities from across the nation. Anderson accepted the award at the American College Health Association’s annual meeting in Phoenix. Also attending were Janet Hunter and Karen Kerndt.

Doug Eckheart print raffle at Vesterheim

All Vesterheim members may enter a raffle to win a Doug Eckheart print at the Vesterheim Members Only evening Monday, June 27 from 5-7 p.m. Those who are not member may join that night. 

The evening will feature a special gallery talk with Ann Hjelle who has compiled an overview of the Hjelle family history and homestead for the exhibit "The Hjelles of Siewers Springs." There will be a wine tasting and a display of works from local artists, including Luther's David Kamm.
